By accessing or using the services provided by Ryzord Solutions LLC ("Ryzord Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), including the software platforms and services described in the Ryzord Ecosystem (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. The Ryzord Ecosystem Services
Ryzord Solutions provides a suite of integrated digital business tools ("Services"), including but not limited to:
Ryzord PulsePod: Podcast hosting, distribution, and analytics.Ryzord Orbit: CRM, client management, and invoicing system.Ryzord Flow: Dynamic project management and workflow tools.Ryzord Echo: Omnichannel marketing and communication tools.Ryzord Bio: Link-in-bio page creation and management system.Specific terms, features, and acceptable use guidelines may apply to individual products and will be incorporated herein by reference.3. User Accounts and Security
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Ryzord Solutions immediately of any unauthorized use.Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments
Subscriptions: Access to the Services is provided on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly or annual). Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.
Billing: You authorize Ryzord Solutions to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis for all applicable fees, including taxes.Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Unless otherwise required by law, all fees are non-refundable.Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon prior notice.5. Acceptable Use and Content Guidelines
Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, post, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or racially or ethnically objectionable. This is especially critical for content hosted on Ryzord PulsePod and marketing content distributed via Ryzord Echo.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Services to:Send unsolicited commercial email ("spam") via Ryzord Echo.Infringe on any intellectual property rights (yours or third parties').Use Ryzord Flow or Ryzord Orbit to manage illicit activities.Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.Content Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the data, content, and materials you upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant Ryzord Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and modify that content as necessary to provide the Services.6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including the Ryzord Solutions LLC name, logo, software, design, and all associated intellectual property, are the sole property of Ryzord Solutions LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services only as permitted by these Terms.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. RYZORD SOLUTIONS LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL RYZORD SOLUTIONS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Candidate Privacy

This Candidate Privacy Policy applies to all information collected by Ryzord Solutions LLC ("Ryzord Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") from individuals applying for employment, internships, or contractor positions (referred to as "Candidates" or "Applicants"). This policy explains how we manage your personal data during the recruitment and hiring process, separate from your use of the Ryzord Ecosystem Services.1. Information We Collect

This includes Identification and Contact Data, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and professional profile URLs (e.g., LinkedIn). We collect Professional and Employment Data, including your Resume/CV, cover letter, past employment history, job titles, education, professional certifications, and skills. We collect Application Details, such as the position applied for, salary expectations, and information necessary for background checks. We may collect Diversity and Inclusion Data (gender, race, ethnicity, veteran status, and disability status), which is provided voluntarily and only where legally permissible. We also collect Assessment Data, such as the results from any skills or personality tests administered during the process. Data is sourced from the Candidate directly, recruitment agencies, references, public sources, and third-party assessment providers.
2. How We Use Candidate Information
We collect and process your personal data for the legitimate business and operational purposes of our recruitment efforts. These purposes include processing your application, assessing your qualifications, verifying your employment and educational history, matching your skills to open roles, and communicating with you regarding your application status, interviews, and next steps. We use your data to conduct necessary background checks where permitted by law and to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations (like EEO reporting), and immigration requirements.
